š§āāļø Ikea Lillhult USB-C to Lightning Cable Review
It's hard to overstate how good of a deal the IKEA Lillhult USB-C to Lightning Cable is.
The creative team, and I mean plural, because there's no way one person can take take responsibility for all of this, there must've been at least a dozen of them toiling for months, testing and perfecting and carefully ensuring that something so utilitarian could be synthesised into something truly contemporary.
The features include
āļø rubber head for increased flexibility
āļø textile cord for extra durability
āļø elastic band to keep the cable together, nice and tidy, when not in use
You'd think that was it, right? Maybe if you were some generic company with no passion, but this is Ikea we're talking about.
The wizards alchemised all those features not just for the obvious reasons but so that once the cable stops working after four weeks you can use it as an armband, or a bangle, or a wristband. You have so many options.
These are so good I'm going to get 11 more the next time I take the 1 hour journey to get to my nearest store so that I can have a new wristband each month.
